Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

For custom or personalized string art products, production may take 5–10 business days depending on the complexity of the design.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (India): 4–9 business days
• Remote Locations: 6–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free shipping offers may be available during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided) to monitor your shipment.

Packaging

All Studio Gātha products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and protection during transit.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order Number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Studio Gātha is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.
